"Exceptional Services for Exceptional Students"

The School Code of Illinois and the Illinois Administrative Code, part 226, have defined the need for special education as well as the need for the organized administrator of all special education programs and services. L.E.A.S.E. provides this organized administration of all special education programs and services for La Salle and Putnam Counties.
