About the Workshop

Attendance at this session completes the required yearly Refresher Training for those who have completed the Initial Training for Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training. The Refresher Training will review the core concepts of the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Program, assist staff with their performances of the skills learned, clarify any questions about application of this program, and continue to keep everyone focused on providing for the care, welfare, safety, and security of the students and staff. Upon successful completion of this session, you will receive a CPI recertification card good for one year.

Pre-registration is required before January 15, 2021 on the L.E.A.S.E. Website (www.lease-sped.org).

After completing the registration, a link will be sent via email from “CPI Learning” for the on-line course.

Completion of the on-line course is required before the January 28^th on-line virtual meeting. Failure to do this will result in your name being taken off the registration list.

The course workbook will be delivered to your school prior to January 28^th. The book is not needed for the on-line portion of the training.

Participation in both parts are required to be re-certified.
